The new player bonus was very nice. Especially winning enough to cash out. It took 14 days on my first redemption. I'm currently waiting for my second redemption and it's been over 14 days. I've reached out to customer service and they are quick to respond. The only response I've received is that their redemption team hasn't reached back out to them....
